Linda HeeLinda Mathias Hee has spent her legal career working to help others. Linda is currently an Associate at Schubert, Gallagher, Tyler and Mulcahey. Linda focuses her practice in the area of guardianship for incapacitated adults.

She served as Assistant Counsel to Philadelphia Corporation for Aging where she helped to protect the interests of elderly citizens who were the victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment. Prior to joining Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, Linda served as Assistant Counsel for the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania, where she represented individuals in employment discrimination cases, public benefits appeals, and political asylum. She also provided legal advice regarding bankruptcy and powers of attorney.

Linda also serves as an Experienced Hearing Officer for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board and as Chair of the Elder Law and Guardianship Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Linda has taught continuing legal education classes on the subjects of guardianship and powers of attorney for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

She has received the distinction of being listed on the First Judicial District’s 2010, 2011 and 2013 Pro Bono Roll of Honor for her volunteer work at the Face to Face Legal Clinic in Germantown.

An active Democrat, Linda has been a Committee Person for nearly a decade. She currently serves as a committeeperson in Abington’s 11th Ward, on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Democrats, a member of the Pennsylvania State Democratic Committee and is the Chair of that Montgomery County Democratic Women's Leadership Initiative. 

Linda received her B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Scranton 1993. After working in accounting for three years, Linda enrolled in law school and received her J.D. from Temple University in 1999.

Linda is active in her church, St. Vincent's in Germantown and lives in Abington with her husband, Robert Niewodowski, their son Bobby, and Ronald Weasley, the best dog ever.
